hhsuite software package provides sensitive protein sequence searching based on HMM-HMM alignment, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install hhsuite
hhsuite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the hhsuite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep hhsuite *
You will get with hhsuite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
